The firmware to be updated must be in .zip file format, which can be obtained from the Android device's local storage or downloaded from the cloud using a deep-link. Please note that this app cannot be used to update firmware developed with the nRF Connect SDK. In such cases, the nRF Connect Device Manager mobile app is required.
