I had ordered a book on 9th April, there is no information received yet that where is my parcel, even tracking details on the app is showing your order confirmed. No cancellation option is showing. It's almost 10 days of booking, I haven't received my book. I think it will be delivered after the exams. Customer care numbers are not active and no information is given by them except you need to wait.

This is the best app for current affairs preparation for anyone who's aspiring to get a government job. Yet there are a few things that could be changed for the better. It would be great to have a download feature to save PDFs in our phones and highlight the main points in the app itself. Overall a very good app

Nice app. As here e bookk version of books also available for purchase. Though we can't take their pdf out of the app. Yet it's useful in case when access to physical books not possible due to one or another reason. There is pointer current affairs also provided weekly basis which is very usefull to consolidate current affairs for exams. Overall nice experience to me. Thankyou ghtna chakra to provide us rlerrorfree content.

This bad rating is for their service not their books. I had cashback in the app and wanted to buy a book which was not available in the app, called them to ask for it, they provided weblink saying it is the last piece so buy it soon. I asked them to make it available in the app so that I can use the cashback, they said it's out of stock so they cannot make it available in app. If you have 1 piece left, instead of giving a link to buy it, why can't you make it available un your app. Disappointed
