Novopay Retailer helps local merchants provide banking and payment services from a single app, enabling Aadhaar ATM (AePS) cash withdrawals, MicroATM and mPOS transactions, Aadhaar Pay, FASTag recharges, insurance, cash collection, utility bill payments, mobile and DTH recharges, digital gold purchases, and instant domestic money transfers via IMPS and NEFT.
Instant domestic money transfers: IMPS and NEFT allow retailers to accept cash and transfer funds to any bank account for customers.
AePS and Aadhaar Pay: Aadhaar ATM (AePS) enables biometric cash withdrawals and Aadhaar Pay supports account-based payments at your outlet.
MicroATM and mPOS: MicroATM integration supports card-based withdrawals and payments when used with a compatible MicroATM device.
Bill payments and recharges: Handle utility bill payments, insurance premiums, FASTag top-ups and mobile/DTH recharges across major operators.
Cash management and additional services: Manage partner collections and merchant deposits, and offer services such as digital gold purchases to meet customer needs.
Novopay Retailer provides an integrated interface that helps merchants add services, diversify revenue streams with commission-based earnings (reported up to 50,000 INR per month for some retailers), and reduce the need for multiple providers.
The app is designed for neighborhood shops to increase customer footfall while offering secure transactions and dedicated support for retailers and their customers.
MicroATM and mPOS functions require a compatible device to process card transactions.
Aadhaar-based services require customers to provide their Aadhaar number and fingerprint, which may limit use in some situations.
Novopay Retailer is developed by Novopay to enable retailers to act as bank Business Correspondents on a B2B2C model, integrating services such as DMT, AePS, MicroATM, bill payments, recharges, insurance and digital gold to expand merchant offerings.
