Noteshelf 3 is a note-taking app for handwriting, typing, and PDF annotation on Android tablets and phones. Noteshelf 3 supports stylus input with palm rejection, multiple pen styles, and a variety of paper templates to fit different workflows. Noteshelf 3 also links audio recordings to notes, lets you import and mark up PDFs, and provides cloud sync and export options for backups and sharing.

Getting started

Open Noteshelf 3 to create a notebook, choose a paper template, and start handwriting or typing. Use the toolbar to import PDFs, start or review audio recordings, or run a search across all notes. In Settings you can adjust pen behavior, enable palm rejection, and configure sync and export preferences to match your workflow.
